There is a work life balance after getting settled in for the first few weeks with on boarding. The coworkers are great resource when questions arise and being new, there is some insight. The company provides a lot of positive influences that will help promote your career path.
Cons
Being new also is a disadvantage when it comes to not knowing how many products lines we have. The ERP system is not friendly for newer employees and will take time to learn. On boarding could be easier with HR on site. Software's take some time to get resolution from IT due to ticket system and time zone differences.

Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
