      Pros

      Pension, days off in the week, workwear and decent wage.

      Cons

      Very clicky in certain places of the factory. Get spoken to like crap a lot as well as spoken to like a 3 year old. Long working hours. Always tired due to shift work. Gets hot in the factory. Only seem to progress within the company if you’re a proper backside licker or you’re friend/family member is high up.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits for a laborer role paying hourly. Salary plus OT guarantees 40 hrs a week. Also pays 1.5x for any work over 8 hours in a day, all day on Saturdays, and 2x on Sundays. 12 hours a month PTO

      Cons

      A major struggle to move up or receive a raise aside from an annual 1-5%, typically 3%, merit increase.
