      Could work almost from anywhere, and most of the workers are very nice.

      Cons

      The company does not work, and in my department was the worst place to learn anything to do with a good portfolio.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits for a laborer role paying hourly. Salary plus OT guarantees 40 hrs a week. Also pays 1.5x for any work over 8 hours in a day, all day on Saturdays, and 2x on Sundays. 12 hours a month PTO

      Cons

      A major struggle to move up or receive a raise aside from an annual 1-5%, typically 3%, merit increase.
