      Great world wide presence and opportunities for growth. Super diverse portfolio and products offering. Excellent benefits and good salaries.

      Cons

      If you work for a BU that "does not fit the rest of the culture" you are stuck there. Too big and too bureaucratic, top heavy and hard to change directions.

      Excellent benefits for a laborer role paying hourly. Salary plus OT guarantees 40 hrs a week. Also pays 1.5x for any work over 8 hours in a day, all day on Saturdays, and 2x on Sundays. 12 hours a month PTO

      Cons

      A major struggle to move up or receive a raise aside from an annual 1-5%, typically 3%, merit increase.
