Pros

- Welfare and social events (WRC Club) aplenty - Managers do not micromanage, certain level of trust among the team - Nice colleagues all around - Good benefits (able to WFH, good flexi allowance)

Cons

- The pay do not justify the stress - Non-existent progression; most managers stay at the position forever, leaving no room for others to progress - Laid-back culture. Good for employees whom have a family to allow for flexibility, bad for those who wants a headstart in their career to climb the corporate ladder - The constant reminders of 'how good this company is' gets a little tiring. Its not the BEST company to work for, its just an average company if one really decide to open their eyes TLDR: average salary (within industry, but low compared to other sectors excluding tech companies), mostly decent bosses, good welfare, and slow progression

Pros

Great people, meaningful work, and strong opportunities for professional growth. As a large global company, Schneider Electric offers extensive resources, exposure to diverse projects, and the flexibility to explore different teams and career paths across the organization.

Cons

Bureaucratic processes can make it difficult to move quickly. Some HR policies feel unnecessarily restrictive and are not always clearly communicated during the hiring process. Referral bonuses are forfeited if an employee leaves before the payout date, even if the referral was successfully hired. Limited office presence in major U.S. hubs such as New York and San Francisco, and few options for part-time or reduced-hour work arrangements.
