Company promote autonomy. Freedom in time management. Work environment overall pleasant, although it’s often a bit fake and too formal/superficial. Company with an high potential in terms of technology knowledge.
Cons
Huge company complexity, too often political aspects prevent strategic decision to be taken in the right way, the result can be very frustrating. Human ressources management very poor: poor talent management, poor carreer plan managment (unless your manager is one of the rare managers that spend energies in promoting people), very bad HR management in case of issue resolution. Generally speaking internal mobility is too dependent from networking. Misalignment between the culture and values that are promoted and those that are actually applied
