      supportive collogues, safety standards were high, good organization structure

      Cons

      worst variable pay, worst hike, experts to work 24*7 , if we complete work on time management increase work load to extreme level, always shortage of employees, resignation of employees is common

      Pros

      It was ok in the beginning. Cushy benefits, solid 401k match, and adequate training period.

      Cons

      Starting salary is below average. Morale started to decline and did not feel supported by management. Work life balance started to suffer.
