Pros
Schindler is very structured. If you are looking for a solid, structured, well oil machine. Where you do your work and go home. Easy to settle in.
Cons
Moving to a different department can be difficult. There is growth within the department but when you want to expand its hard. When you do getting into higher ranking positions is difficult. The boys club is still there but slight changes are being made extremely slowly.
