Only India specific Good in diversity and inclusion Safety is top priority opportunity to work on real challenging projects and operations. Good to start and learn . Challenging targets to stretch but put up extensive pressures too. Global process and products are good.
Cons
Only India specific Zero work life balance. Management don't have courage to fire non performing managers . People development efforts are less. One of Top management in India busy in building his own brand on social media. Low pay and scatter pay scale band for same position People are leaving at a scale. Managers are habitual of calling on weekends and getting work done while they chilling out with there life.
