Pros
An international company, with a well established clientele, and a great history. Swiss family owned, and much respected in Switzerland. Nice working colleagues, and supportive in team-work.
Cons
Not effective management. Too much talk, but no real action. Not well organised teams, or meetings. Too much micromanagement. No meritocracy, but mainly focused on vitamin B. Little innovation in comparison with the possibilities it has. Doesn't value loyalty as it should.
