      Good colleague, very supportive in works. Very stable job.

      The inside procedure is more complex, take a lot of time to do small things. Products have many issues.

      Pros

      It was ok in the beginning. Cushy benefits, solid 401k match, and adequate training period.

      Cons

      Starting salary is below average. Morale started to decline and did not feel supported by management. Work life balance started to suffer.
