Pros
- Best company to work ONLY for people who are interested to work in elevator industry in India. - Good brand name. - Expanding in India - working in senior or top management is extremely good.
Cons
- Highly process oriented. Cumbersome processes - Highly political and very slow growth. You need to be managers favourite to proceed despite work performance. - definitely not an organization young graduates would love to join, no fault with Schindler but the industry is that way. - if they don't want you they will throw you out ruthlessly. - difficult to voice your ideas or be heard due to rigid regional management
