      Pros

      Long history, products carry great values - protecting life -, talented and dedicated people with high skills, Lyon is a very sweet place to live

      Cons

      Heavy bureaucracy; Management cares about short-term figures & shareholders satisfaction only; human values, solidarity, actual attention to employees (developping the talent pool) have disappeared from what used to be a very dynamic, entrepreneurial company.

      Lots of growth opportunities, fabulous team, my mgr was great

      Cons

      Shockingly disorganized (3 rounds of leadership restructuring in 8 months, lack of centralized training resources), bro culture that both tolerates gender based harassment and favoritism that is at time gender based.
