      There are growth opportunities, excellent benefits, as well as work-life balance for employees who do their part. I believe that the compensation package is competitive.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, it is NOT an American company, and the mindset can be a bit French-oriented.

      Lots of growth opportunities, fabulous team, my mgr was great

      Cons

      Shockingly disorganized (3 rounds of leadership restructuring in 8 months, lack of centralized training resources), bro culture that both tolerates gender based harassment and favoritism that is at time gender based.
