Pros
Company with a great leadership team, that is directing the company in a good direction. Management is supportive and friendly.
Cons
Company still in transformation, so guideline are not 100% clear sometimes. Resources are sometime scarce or not allocated to the most important budget. Most of old managers not fitting with the new culture are gone, but some still in place......
