The firm offers (in tax department in Paris a least) good salary package including a bonus (10-20% depending on seniority) and a profit sharing mechanism (around 15%).
Cons
The tax department is clearly not key decision taking in the organization. Hence it may be frustrating to work on a project without having a real impact on the decision process at the end.
