      Good Salary- management in my area is supportive of its employees to work toward career development

      Contractors and temporary workers are unable to participate in events since they are not employees- often creates a tense working environment.

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
