      Stable Company Great initial training to work somewhere else

      No upwards mobility. Non existent annual salary increases( top performers will receive around 1.4%). Company is stuck in the early nineties in terms of technology.

      Pros

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
