      No appreciation given for extremely high pressure job Bonuses were not sufficient with work load Managers do not give associates any respect Associates were bad mouthed in meetings behind their back

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
