      They are a well-run organization with open communication between departments. They are community-minded and very fair to their employees. Compensation very satisfactory.

      Cons

      Much of the work that I spent a lot of time on involved creating usables that were never used by the target audience.

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
