      Good compensation and benefits. That is all.

      Cons

      Horrible management with no foresight; transformational changes that never end; ongoing layoffs and continuing discordance between U.S. and France with France always winning. Senior management has issues and does not know how to lead.

      Pros

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
