      Cheap eats and an in-house gym for your daily grind.

      Cons

      It’s less of a business and more of a family and friends’ reunion. Between the unqualified management and the blatant nepotism, 'work ethic' isn't really in the local vocabulary. Productivity is the only price corporate asks in exchange for ignoring the nepotism.

      Pros

      The company has an excellent, very collegial atmosphere. Employees are supported well and there is excellent support for most processes from numerous line functions.

      Cons

      Some processes as well as the governance structure can be a bit confusing. More so than other large pharma companies. But even with this. There are almost always enough people who know how to get things done.
