      Pros

      Sanofi is amazing, in almost every regard. They have a great culture, they treat and grow their employees, and continue to grow and adapt as a company.

      Cons

      Things can move slowly at times, and no more remote work or hirings (for now at least).

      Lots of growth opportunities, fabulous team, my mgr was great

      Cons

      Shockingly disorganized (3 rounds of leadership restructuring in 8 months, lack of centralized training resources), bro culture that both tolerates gender based harassment and favoritism that is at time gender based.
