      Speaciatly care leadership is not always qualified and medical strategy lacks clear vision for certain therapeutic areas Some leadership do not feel qualified for role and this is felt by entire team below. A lot of qualified coworkers have left recently due to leadership's lack of awareness

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
