Pros

Samsung make amazing products but: * in Australia don't care about staff, partners or customers. Its about Revenue $ and Bonus time for SLT. * They have limited green credentials as a manufacturer and should be doing more for the environment.

Cons

* With a deeply entrenched Korean expat Management system, there is zero opportunity for growth, ever. * Senior Management Team who use bullying tactics and coercion on staff to achieve sales results to drive their quarterly bonus payouts. * Male dominated environment complete with matching egos, there is little to no female leaders who are advocating change in the structure. * While pay is average, you will hand over your soul in exchange and demanded of to compromise your ethics and morals daily, all to make $$$ and profits. * Life work balance is non existent, forget about support if you have a family. * No people care factor: During the pandemic, staff were not supported at all. - Without so much as a phone call to check on my wellbeing, in multiple lockdowns from my direct manager. - Smartwatches were provided to staff in September21 but in exchange a linkedin social post was demanded by SLT "to show how much they care" on social media. *The Korean Leadership view is that Australians are lazy. Don't work here if you are looking for a supportive organisation who invests in staff.

Pros

I've worked at a number of companies throughout my career, but this Silicon Valley company stands out as one of the best experiences I've had professionally. From day one, the culture here is genuinely different — and in the best way possible. The team is incredibly collaborative. Whether you're working cross-functionally or within your own department, people are always willing to roll up their sleeves and help. There's no ego here — just a shared commitment to doing great work together.

Cons

No cons for now so can't say nothing
