The company's mission and products are solid and the business leadership is basically sound. Good health benefits.
Cons
The culture at SAGE is so cliquey and passive aggressive as to be corrosive. If you run afoul of the gossip-mongers and tone police, it can be a very uncomfortable place to work. A lot of lip service is paid to giving everyone a voice and a stake, but ultimately, traditions and protocol are what really count.
