Pros

Health and Work Benefits are good, especially if you’re married and have a family. They are now open to working remotely.

Cons

The pay is low (minimum wage for both hourly and salary- they’ve had to increase my salary just to meet the minimum at one point) and there is real no place to grow if you haven’t been working there for about 10 years. No room to negotiate salary- when they offer you an opportunity to for a promotion they act like it’s huge and only throw you a 6% raise. This will usually happen towards the end of the year so you’re not eligible for a “merit increase” which is supposed to offset inflation. Merit increases are no more than 3%. If the manager really likes you, they’ll throw you a bone.
