Pros
Decent benefits. Free fruit three times a week. They aren't shy about spending money on their employees, which is nice. They're willing to try new things and make mistakes. They have a great holiday party and nice offices in the Watergate complex.
Cons
My biggest complaint is a lack of work/life balance. As the company grows, they aren't streamlining processes. It just keeps getting more bloated with middle management and tasks. I'm not sure if their digital strategy in the College market is going to be a winning one, but they're trying to remain relevant as course material moves to digital resources.
