Pros
The company is pretty flexible with a good culture. It's not the worst paid call center out there. It's not the best. There is potential to earn more and there is potential to work as little as you want (though not as much as you want).
Cons
The VP once asked me, verbatim, "would you rather have nice bathrooms or health insurance?" This was said completely unironically. He really meant it. That ought to give you some insight into the bogus culture at Safelite. They hire only part time, with no benefits, and treat their employees miserably. They expect you to work grueling shifts with no internet access during downtimes, no ability to read books or do anything except sit and stare, no food or drinks at your desk. This is not a pleasant environment to work in, no matter how nice their bathrooms are.
