      Training is the best, and day to day work is fun and challenging. The company invest a lot and R&D and the technology is pretty interesting.

      Cons

      Managing costs is a burden that the field personnel have to brunt. This is turns leads to long work hours, skeleton crews, and an out of whack work life balance.
