      Theyre pay is great and they have good benefits

      Cons

      When youre working under SOS Staffing which is a job agency, they can terminate you for ANY REASON and dont have to tell you a thing. Many guys including myself were let go

      relatively good job security for now

      the promotion system or bonus system does not encourage hard work or innovation. hard work is not rewarded.
