      -Good pay -Good benefit -Flexible hours -Great discount on practically at everything in that area

      Cons

      -Horrible Bosses. Boss is too much powerful. -An employee is just a number not a person to the company. Can lay off/ fire any time. No consideration for performance or any think at all.
