      Pros

      The work culture is great. Managers are supportive and open to new ideas. Most of really old to appreciate new ideas. But some are really smart.

      Cons

      Worst Payroll policies. Deciding compensation based on alma mater for a fresh grad is still tolerable. Internal hikes and promotions based on alma mater is a killing your own growth at best
