      - Clearly defined career advancement for STEM professionals - From my experience, above average compensation - Dedicated hybrid work schedule - Diverse work force - Switching location/ country at employee's discretion (obviously within company's parameters) - Potential for role/ responsibility pivot at employee's discretion (again, within company parameters)

      - Antiquated work-related ideology and practices - Predictable, arbitrary, cyclical layoffs - Broader company-wide direction can limit innovation at individual center level
