- Micromanagement - No Salesforce career growth at all, seriously - No company culture, no teamwork, no team - Duties and tasks to do completely out of the scope of your role. - No projects to work on, you spend too much time on the bench doing useless stuff - Untouchable people, you can not have a different opinion or point of view - Sacred Cows, if you know what I mean - Too many Juniors working on projects
