You learn to deal with multiple projects and tasks without any supervision because management does not care about you and will blame you when problems arise because you are the lowest on the chain.
Cons
With no experience you are expected to be client facing and know how to develop in a program with basically no training. Work long hours to meet deadlines set by managers not even developing apps themselves or even helping in the process. Expect your managers to single you out and make you feel ashamed for not knowing how everything should work in a program you have never worked with. They say you should be trying to bring your own ideas to the client but in reality whatever the client says goes and trying to bring up a suggestion usually gets shot down.
