Pros

None, can’t think of any

Cons

• Toxic management style — constant micromanagement, surveillance, and disciplinary tone • No proper onboarding — thrown into work with no structured training or clear guidance • Manual and outdated systems — inefficient processes with no openness to improvement or automation • Lack of team collaboration — manager and certain colleagues regularly offload undesirable work without explanation • No recognition for performance — even with good metrics, you’re criticised instead of encouraged • Psychological toll — controlling environment causes mental fatigue, burnout, and emotional distress • Micromanaging bathroom breaks and discouraging phone use even during non-customer time • Unclear growth path — limited opportunity to use your skills or pursue development • Cultural discomfort — as a young employee, I felt especially dismissed, monitored, and undervalued

Pros

You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

Cons

Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
