There are some nice people working here and in theory some good guiding values.

Cons

The leadership of SCJ have their head in their sand when it comes to flexibility and have never once asked employees what they want or need. The stock answer that SCJ have a 'better together' philosophy is not good enough and an insult to employees who (successfully) worked tirelessly through the pandemic from home.

You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

Cons

Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
