      La cultura de la empresa es muy linda. Tiene una jornada de trabajo flexible (para algunas áreas. en RH no tanto), que significa que podes entrar más tarde y te quedas hasta mas tarde, o empezas mas temprano y terminas antes. Beneficios: Descuento en megatlon, productos gratis en por mes, prepaga, descuento para lavar el auto en la oficina, 21 dias de vacaciones corridos para recibidos universitarios.

      Cons

      En RH se trabaja a un ritmo suuuuper intenso. A veces no te da tiempo ni de almorzar. Tenes que ser una persona muy organizada y con paciencia para los empleados, sino colapsas.

      Great brands, company, vision and leadership. This place is special and unlike so many other CPG companies.

      Super competitive industry can create longer than usual hours.

      Pros

      You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

      Cons

      Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
