Cons
Too much emphasis on hiring minorities and gays. Long history of getting rid of employees once they reach early 50's Performance is more linked to politics than productivity. Management cannot be trusted, they only care about themselves. The perfect employee would be a black female lesbian with one leg, preferably a dwarf. That would satisfy all the political checkboxes they look for.
