Vacation, generally unlimited overtime, fitness center, Northwoods resort.

Cons

Shrinking paid holidays, mandatory overtime for factory workers, if your manager has been in their position more than 2 years, be prepared for a toxic ride.

You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

Cons

Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
