      Pros

      Pay is competitive. Environment is supportive, informal, friendly. Management accepts a broad range of work styles. Lots of opportunities to be recognized and to make an impact on the business. Work-life balance is about right for married folks. Supportive of volunteer work in the community. Great and interesting campus buildings. Extensive employee extracurricular activities available.

      Cons

      Slow promotion progression is the usual with somewhat limited opportunities. Quality of management, long range planning, and sharing is spotty. Culture is significantly tribal.

      Great brands, company, vision and leadership. This place is special and unlike so many other CPG companies.

      Super competitive industry can create longer than usual hours.

      Pros

      You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

      Cons

      Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
