Some hidden gems of employees within the organization. Most people are pleasant to work with and is welcoming and friendly.
Cons
SCJ continues to force employees back into the office under an excuse that we are "stronger together" while other companies have used the pandemic to evolve their remote work policies. I have seen numerous complaints about the work from home policy and all HR says is "we will take into consideration" with no action. SCJ is relatively old fashioned and I can't imagine them being successful in the long run when they won't be able to attract new talent due to old school ways. Employees that live in Wisconsin that commute to Chicago have deteriorated productivity levels as they spend 2-3 hours on a train. Supply chain and manufacturing are really struggling. Everyday there is a new issue regarding supply constraints due to poor leadership. Sales and lower level supply chain folks are forced to fight each other for the limited inventory.
