Pros
There are various opportunities and challenges in my current project. I'm leading a great team who take their responsibilities seriously and work well with one another. My upper management team value my input and give reasonable support.
Cons
Execution can be hit and miss. Some employees may be too complacent and not motivated to do a decent job. Product management can be weak and disorganized.
