      Pros

      Perks and quality coworkers round out a stunning campus. It is a great place to work. The medical benefits and profit share are top notch. Unbelievable childcare benefit 1/2 of the cost.

      Cons

      Not a great place for remote advancement. Be in North Carolina if you want to advance. Sometimes company fails to listen to customers.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
