      Pros

      Good people are there and you can find them. They also have an amazing main campus in Cary, NC.

      Cons

      Downsides at SAS far outweigh the pro's. The leadership is still run by one man, JG. He overstayed his welcome at the helm of the company he founded and allowed himself to become an insulated & isolated billionaire and the products and solutions suffered. This also has impacted their revenues which have been declining since 2016 in an industry where most, if not all, others are growing in double digits.

      Benefits: health coverage, on-site gym, childcare, healthcare center, and more. Work-life balance: predictable hours, flexibility for parents and a culture that doesn't expect you to grind 60-hour weeks.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
