Pros
The atmosphere at the corporate headquarters in Cary is upbeat and casually professional. The attrition rate is quite low and there are a lot of soft benefits that keep those employees feeling good about their jobs. I think it's best to work in one of their primary industry verticals.
Cons
This is a privately held company that isn't open about their plans if/when the current leadership decides to leave the business. As retirement age nears for those at the top, the future of the company is more concerning.
