      Everyone is leaving and no one is being replaced. You are expected to do their jobs too but don't expect a payrise because they're getting ready for an IPO in 3 years

      Nice severance packages after working for 25 years.

      Cons

      The worst, most inhumane termination process. No dignity, no respect, no explanation, no concern for you as a person, your loyalty, your dedication, or service. A waste of your time and energy.
