      1. Great Culture and very friendly Environment. 2. Currently started keeping in pace with Recent Technology. 3. Job security and growth if performance is up to mark.

      1. Lower Pay as compared to the market. 2. Benefits not catering to the young generation. 3. Middle Management needs to improve.
