      SAS is imploding. Executives are trying to reinvent the company - necessary but a bit too late. Many divisions are feeling the stress. Couple this with poor management and the good people are getting out while they can.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
